We currently offer delivery services across all major cities and regions within the State of Qatar. Delivery availability may vary for certain remote locations, and additional delivery time may be required for areas outside central Doha.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been prepared and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation notification with relevant delivery details.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Doha and surrounding areas: 1–3 business days
  • Other regions within Qatar: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather conditions, public holidays, high order volumes, or courier-related delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location, order size, and product weight.

  • Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or qualifying orders from time to time.

Large and Heavy Appliances

Certain large kitchen appliances may require special handling and delivery arrangements. For oversized or heavy items, our customer service team may contact you to schedule a suitable delivery date and time.

Additional delivery charges may apply for specialized handling or installations where applicable.

Delivery Inspection

We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you notice any visible damage, missing items, or packaging issues, please notify the delivery representative and contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, or refusal of delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers may contact our support team to inquire about the status of their shipment. We will provide updates and assistance regarding delivery progress whenever possible.

International Shipping

At this time, Black Diamond primarily serves customers within Qatar. For international shipping inquiries, please contact our customer support team before placing an order to confirm availability and shipping options.

Delays Beyond Our Control

While we make every effort to deliver orders on time, Black Diamond shall not be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather events, customs procedures, transportation disruptions, government restrictions, or force majeure events.
